Electronic drums midi thru MT Power Drums. All guitars were off my eleven rack, a bass d.i. We spend Friday recording 2 songs for my band and a friends band recorded 2 songs. Here is when/how these issues begin this time around. I simply know my mic's, my basement recording room, mixcraft and my computers. I learned from you all! I am a guy who can do quality cost effective demo work to help my friend's bands. Let me say I am not super great studio engineer nor super knowledgeable as the mixcraft gurus like Acoustica Greg and many others or those infamous youtuber guys. I downloading in preparation for recording my band and a friends bands. Didn't care for it nor any packages I could purchase. Reverb or other vsts needs I try to utilize submix and send tracks hoping to keep the vsts count low as mentioned.Īround the time static begin I had just downloaded Steven Slate SSD-5 demo and MT Power Drums. I try to keep the vsts to 1-2 per track and that's usually the Realeq (download) and the stock classic compressor per track. The static sounded like a latency problem but Mixcraft seldom ever asks for more than 20-25% of the computer as I tend not to use many virtual instruments. This was approx 2 weeks ago.Ī static problem began just after the recent reinstall. Uninstalled and reinstalled Mixcraft and now have Melodyne. On original Mixcraft Pro Studio 8 download 2 years Melodyne was never installed. Here's the scenario over the last several days of this issue. This is lengthy but please help! Thanks in advance!
